If you’re looking for a little extra in the way of comfort and luxury, then our selection of Premier Villas should fit the bill nicely. We can offer 4-, 5-, 6- or 7 bedroom villas depending on your party size. In addition to the standard features of a superior home, each boasts an upgraded furniture package and either a family games room or a whirlpool spa, attached to the outdoor pool. All our properties have been carefully selected to provide all your home-from-home holiday requirements, all within a 20-mile radius of WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort. Our Premier Villas are ideal for easy self-catering Florida holidays and offer 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, an additional 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities, dining area, telephone, remote control colour TV and DVD in main living area and master bedroom, and screened pool with furniture.

• Each home is of a high standard and has a personal screened swimming pool with pool furniture, 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plus further bedrooms (each sleeping up to 2 people), a further 2 bathrooms (some have a 2nd en-suite), dressers, mirrors and lamps • Living, dining area • Owners usually furnish homes to their personal specifications, so dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party • Although some homes have a double sofa bed, we strongly recommend, for your personal comfort that this is not utilised as a bed • Other facilities include, fully-equipped kitchen, cable TV, telephone, fire extinguisher and vacuum cleaner • Bathroom towels are provided, homes do not usually have safes and cots/highchairs, must be requested at time of booking and paid for locally.

Regal Palms Resort & Spa is right next-door to Highlands Reserve, this excellent resort offers 3- and 4-bedroom town homes. Even though they don’t have their own pools, you are only a stones-throw away from the fabulous clubhouse, with swimming complex and spa. It’s the ideal retreat for families; the kids can meet new friends floating around the resorts very on lazy river, while you watch from your sun lounger, or relax in the spa or clubhouse bar; all this is just on the quieter days, when you are unwinding after the days at the theme parks! There is plenty to see and do on your days out, with the Highlands Reserve Golf course and Berry Town Centre just a block’s walk away and don’t forget those famous Florida outlet malls! You will simply love the home-from-home feel of the houses, with a light and airy quality about them and plenty of mod cons to enjoy.

This up to the minute development, offers a large selection of prestigious villas ranging from 4 bedrooms to 6 bedrooms – accommodating even the largest groups of family and friends! A superior resort, it’s just a 30-minute drive to Disney’s main gate just off the US27. There are also supermarkets close by, including the 24-hour Walmart Superstore, Publix and Winn Dixies. Each villa is cared for to a very high standard by their owners and feature privately screened swimming pools with sun decks. Modern convenience include microwaves, washing machines and tumble dryers plus there are TVs, VCRs and DVDs in bedrooms as well as lounges, ensuring no creature comfort has been overlooked! Communal facilities are also impressive and include a clubhouse with games room, media room and fitness room. Outside is a lovely large swimming pool complete with sparkling waterfall, the perfect place to kick back and soak up the sun! If you’re feeling active, there are jogging trails around the complex or head to the tennis courts to play a few rounds. Close by are restaurants galore or, if you prefer, cook up a storm in your very own kitchen!

Travel City Direct can offer you a choice of 3-, 4-, 5- and 6-bedroom homes with their own pools, all of which are privately owned and furnished to a good standard - and most importantly, located in Kissimmee or on US 27 and within a 20-mile radius of WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort. Our “allocated on arrival” homes include full kitchens with conventional oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, fridge freezer, coffee machine, iron and board and TV, and a supply of towels. You’ll be advised of your home and its location by our resort representatives on arrival in Orlando.

Located in some of the more popular neighbourhoods close to the WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort area, our Choice Villas are of a high standard with better quality furnishing, and are well worth the upgrade! These 3-, 4-, 5- and 6-bedroom homes (7-bedroom homes available on request), have at least 1 master bedroom with double or queen bed, en-suite bathroom, with shower and w/c. Additional bedrooms may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds. They are equipped with a full kitchen plus washing machine for your convenience. All villas are located either in Kissimmee or on US 27 and within a 20-mile radius of WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort and contain all the amenities necessary to make this dream ‘home from home’ experience! You’ll be advised of your home and its location by our resort representatives on arrival in Orlando.
