These stylish villas are all equipped with their own, screened swimming pool and terrace. You can feel part of the community with a shared pool, childrens playground, tennis and volleyball courts to enjoy. These spacious 3-, 4- or 5-Bedroom Villas have open-plan living areas and a fully-equipped kitchen which includes fridge, cooker, dishwasher, microwave and laundry facilities.

Each air-conditioned villa is decorated per the homeowners taste and has a screened pool with pool furniture, 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and additional bedrooms, bathroom, dressers, mirrors and lamps

Owners usually furnish villas to their personal specifications, so dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party
Although some homes have a double sofa-bed, we strongly recommend, for your personal comfort that this is not utilized as a bed
Towels and linen are provided, homes do not usually have safes and cots/highchairs, must be requested and paid for at time of booking.

Additional Information

For your peace of mind you can purchase a Property Protection Plan – a non-refundable ADW (accidental damage waiver) pre-departure or on arrival which covers for any accidental damage up to $1000. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme. Should you not wish to take this option, there is a $500 security charge on a major credit card, which is refunded on departure, once the property has been checked.
