Tuscany is a new residential complex, part of the larger Westside development, and lies 15 minutes away from the West Gate of the Walt Disney World Resort. Surrounded by natural wetland areas, the homes offer a quiet environment in which to unwind after the theme parks. All of the 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes feature a private screened pool, and sun deck with lounge furniture, for easy relaxation. All the homes feature one queen or double bed in the master bedroom, either one double or two single beds in each additional bedroom, and a pullout sofa bed in the lounge.

Each home is of a high standard and has a privately screened swimming pool with pool furniture, 1 master bedroom with king or queen sized bed, en-suite bathroom, plus further bedrooms (each sleeping up to 2 persons), 2nd bathroom, dressers, mirrors, lamps etc
Living, dining area with chairs
Owners usually furnish homes to their personal specifications, so dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party
Either a sofa bed, or roll away bed will be provided for maximum occupancy
