It’s difficult to better the fantastic location of these self catering townhouses,set amongst acres of lakes and preserve area and designed with a Caribbean flair! Situated in Fort Myers, Sail Harbor, a five minute drive from the fantastic Gulf Coast beaches, your allocated townhouse is a wonderful base from which to enjoy a week or two in the sun. Close by you’ll find numerous shops, restaurants and entertainment with the added convenience of being less than 2 hours from Orlando’s main attractions. All our Gulf Coast Townhouses provide good standards of accommodation with full kitchen facilities and a communal pool for additional relaxation.

- Each home is air-conditioned and has 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plus further bedrooms (each sleeping up to 2 persons), 2nd bathroom, dressers, mirrors, lamps etc
- Living, dining area with chairs
- Communal pool
- Owners usually furnish homes to their personal specifications, so dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party
- Although some homes have a double sofa bed, we strongly recommend, for your personal comfort that this is not utilised as a bed
- Other facilities include, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, telephone, complimentary high speed internet access, fire extinguisher and vacuum cleaner
- Towels are provided, homes do not usually have safes and cots/high chairs, must be requested and paid for at time of booking
