This brand new development enjoys a fantastic location, on the south side of US 192 and just a 5-minute drive from the land of celebration – Walt Disney World! Falcon’s Fire Golf Course is also very close for the enthusiast in the family as is Kissimmee Old Town with its boardwalk, exciting one-of-a-kind shops and fun fair. Conveniently, there’s a bus stop right outside the entrance to Cane Island that runs to local attractions, so you don’t have to take the car everywhere you go. Condos have either 2-, 3- or 4-bedrooms and are very comfortable indeed with every amenity you could wish for to feel at home straightaway. As well as an open-plan living room with satellite TV and ample seating, there’s a fully-equipped kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The communal clubhouse is a great place to meet fellow guests and comes complete with games room, TV room and spa pool. Outside, overlooking the lake, is a gorgeous communal swimming pool, surrounded by a fully furnished sun deck on which to spend a few lazy afternoons.

Room Information
- Each condo is of a high standard and has 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plus further bedrooms (each sleeping up to 2 persons), 1 further bathroom
- Living, dining area with chairs.
- Owners usually furnish homes to their personal specifications, so dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party.
- Although some homes have a double sofa-bed, we strongly recommend for your personal comfort that this is not utilized as a bed.
- Other facilities include: fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, utility area with washing machine, dryer, iron and board, cable TV, high-speed internet access, telephone, fire extinguisher, vacuum cleaner.
- Bathroom towels and bed linen provided. Cots/high chairs/prams must be requested and paid for at time of booking.
