The gated community of Tuscan Hills in Davenport lies just off US27, 30 min from WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort and with a number of supermarkets, restaurants and the ChampionsGate Golf Club all within a 10-min drive. The Mediterranean-style, semi-detached or terraced, courtyard villas are all equipped with their own, screened swimming pools and terrace. The Tuscan Hills clubhouse boasts a lounge, fitness room, FREE Internet access, tennis court, sand volleyball court, and indoor and outdoor kids play areas. The spacious, semi-detached or terraced, courtyard villas offer a choice of 3 or 4 bedrooms, each featuring a master suite, plus large en-suite bathroom. Open plan living and dining areas are all beautifully furnished and kitchens well equipped with fridge, cooker, dishwasher, microwave and laundry facilities.

Each semi-detached/terraced courtyard villa is of a high standard and has a screened swimming pool with pool furniture, 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plus further bedrooms (each sleeping up to 2 persons), 2nd bathroom, dressers, mirrors and lamps

Owners usually furnish homes to their personal specifications, so dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party
Although some homes have a double sofa-bed, we strongly recommend, for your personal comfort that this is not utilised as a bed
Fully-equipped kitchen, cable TV, telephone, fire extinguisher and vacuum cleaner
Towels are provided, villas do not usually have safes and cots/highchairs, must be requested at time of booking and paid for locally.

Additional Information

For your peace of mind you can purchase a Property Protection Plan – a non-refundable ADW (accidental damage waiver) pre-departure or on arrival which covers for any accidental damage up to $1000. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme. Should you not wish to take this option, there is a $500 security charge on a major credit card, which is refunded on departure, once the property has been checked.
