A private gated community in a peaceful location amidst oak trees and lakes, Lake Berkley Townhomes are set just south of the US 192 within 10 minutes of WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort and 20 mins of Universal Orlando® Resort. There’s also a wide selection of shops, restaurants and bars close by. The 2 storey, 2- and 3-Bedroom Townhomes comprise a master en-suite bedroom, at least one further bedroom and a lounge and dining area with fully-equipped kitchen. There are also excellent communal facilities for guests to enjoy, including a large swimming pool with separate Jacuzzi and a man-made lakeside beach for soaking up the sun on. The clubhouse features table tennis, billiards and exercise room or work up a sweat on the tennis courts. There is also a children’s playground, volleyball court, jogging path and picnic and barbecue areas. For drinks, head to the Tiki Bar and then either home or to a nearby restaurant for a delicious meal.

Room Information

Each townhome is of a high standard and has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plus further bedrooms (each sleeping up to 2 persons), 1 or 2 further bathrooms, dressers, mirrors and lamps

Although some townhomes have a double sofa-bed, we strongly recommend for your personal comfort that this is not utilized as a bed
Other facilities include: fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, utility area with washing machine, dryer, iron and board, cable TV, telephone, fire extinguisher, vacuum cleaner
Bathroom towels and bed linen provided. Homes have a safe in master bedroom and cots/high chairs must be requested and paid for at time of booking. Optional daily maid service (local charge).

Additional Information

For your peace of mind you can purchase a Property Protection Plan – a non-refundable ADW (accidental damage waiver) pre-departure or on arrival which covers for any accidental damage up to $1000. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme. Should you not wish to take this option, there is a $500 security charge on a major credit card, which is refunded on departure, once the property has been checked.
