This very impressive selection of Mediterranean-themed villas offers discerning travelers an exclusive home-from-home experience. In this gated community, just 8 miles west of one of the entrances to WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort, you couldn’t be better placed to enjoy yourself. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and entertainment opportunities en-route. There’s also a 24-hour Wal-Mart Superstore, a few minutes by car – handy for stocking up on food and other bargains! Beautifully furnished, houses have 3, 4 or 5-bedrooms with plenty of space to relax. Fully air-conditioned, there’s a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and luxurious family room with cable TV, DVD player, music centre, games and books. The dining area boasts fantastic views of your screened swimming pool, itself well-furnished with table and chairs. It’s a great place to relax during the evening and for your peace of mind, some pools have alarmed doors and a safety fence to protect younger guests. As well as private amenities, there’s also a great range of communal facilities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse with pool table, fitness room and childrens playground – great for mingling with fellow guests.

•Each home is of a high standard and has a screened swimming pool with pool furniture, 1 or 2 master bedrooms, a minimum of one en-suite bathroom and at least one additional bathroom, plus further bedrooms (each sleeping up to 2 persons), dressers, mirrors, lamps, etc •Living, dining area with chairs. •Owners usually furnish homes to their personal specifications, so dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party. •Although some homes have a double sofa-bed, we STRONGLY recommend for your personal comfort that this is not utilized as a bed. •Other facilities include: fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, utility area with washing machine, dryer, iron and board, cable TV, DVD player, music centre, telephone, fire extinguisher, vacuum cleaner and garage. •Bathroom towels and bed linen provided. Homes do not usually have safes and cots/high chairs must be requested and paid for at time of booking. Optional daily maid service (local charge).
