This up to the minute development, offers a large selection of prestigious villas ranging from 4 bedrooms to 6 bedrooms – accommodating even the largest groups of family and friends! A superior resort, it’s just a 30-minute drive to Disney’s main gate just off the US27. There are also supermarkets close by, including the 24-hour Walmart Superstore, Publix and Winn Dixies. Each villa is cared for to a very high standard by their owners and feature privately screened swimming pools with sun decks. Modern convenience include microwaves, washing machines and tumble dryers plus there are TVs, VCRs and DVDs in bedrooms as well as lounges, ensuring no creature comfort has been overlooked! Communal facilities are also impressive and include a clubhouse with games room, media room and fitness room. Outside is a lovely large swimming pool complete with sparkling waterfall, the perfect place to kick back and soak up the sun! If you’re feeling active, there are jogging trails around the complex or head to the tennis courts to play a few rounds. Close by are restaurants galore or, if you prefer, cook up a storm in your very own kitchen!

Facilities

A community clubhouse with fitness room, media room, Internet access, games room and TV room with DVD player and music centre. Outside the clubhouse is a large freeform swimming pool with mushroom water feature, tennis courts and sand volleyball.

Room Information

Each villa is of a high standard and has a screened swimming pool with pool furniture, 1 or 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, plus further bedrooms (each sleeping up to 2 persons), 2 further bathrooms, dressers, mirrors and lamps
Fully-equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, utility area with washing machine, dryer, iron and board, cable TV (mainly in master bedroom and living room), DVD player, music centre, telephone, fire extinguisher, vacuum cleaner and double garage.
Living, dining area with chairs.
Owners usually furnish homes to their personal specifications, so dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party.
Although some villas have a double sofa-bed, we strongly recommend for your personal comfort that this is not utilized as a bed.
Bathroom towels and bed linen provided. Villas do not usually have safes. Cots and high chairs must be requested at time of booking and paid for locally. A daily maid service is available for an additional fee which is also payable locally.

Additional Information

For your peace of mind you can purchase a Property Protection Plan – a non-refundable ADW (accidental damage waiver) pre-departure or on arrival which covers for any accidental damage up to $1000. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme. Should you not wish to take this option, there is a $500 security charge on a major credit card, which is refunded on departure, once the property has been checked.
