A classic destination for more than sixty years, this famous hotel, built in the original Art Deco style, has welcomed many celebrities over the years, including Frank Sinatra, Winston Churchill and Ernest Hemingway. Set in a privileged location, it offers superb views of the harbour and the surrounding city. Spend time wandering the cobbled streets, or if you're looking for something less tiring there’s a swimming pool to relax by. There’s also a folk show held every Sunday in the hotel gardens, well worth attending for the spectacle as well as the accompanying barbecue lunch. The hotel’s restaurant, Comedor de Aguiar Restaurant is one of the most fancy in Havana, serving exquisite local dishes and more international fare.
