One of Florida’s newest developments, West Haven boasts some magnificent villas with only the best amenities and very comfortable furnishings. There is a lovely communal swimming pool, pool house and children's playground, which will have everyone making friends with their neighbours in no time! Peacefully located, they are nonetheless just a short drive from all major attractions in the Orlando area, making them perfect for families and groups of friends wanting a fun-packed holiday in the Floridian sun. Houses are either 4- or 5-bedroom and typically have 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite facilities, 1 with a queen-size or double bed, further bedrooms with twin beds and 1 further bathroom. Large and airy, the living room has cable TV whilst the adjoining fully-equipped kitchen boasts everything you need to make life easy, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Your own swimming pool is a great place to cool off at the end of the day and comes complete with tables, chairs and sun loungers.

Room Information

Each home is of a high standard and has a screened swimming pool with pool furniture, 1 or 2 master bedrooms, minimum of 2 bathrooms including 1 en-suite, further bedrooms (each sleeping up to 2 persons), dressers, mirrors and lamps.

Owners usually furnish homes to their personal specifications, so dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party.
Although some homes have a double sofa-bed, we STRONGLY recommend for your personal comfort that this is not utilized as a bed.
Other facilities include: fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, utility area with washing machine, dryer, iron and board, cable TV, DVD player, music centre, telephone, fire extinguisher, vacuum cleaner and garage.
Bathroom towels and bed linen provided. Homes do not usually have safes and cots/high chairs must be requested and paid for at time of booking. Optional mid stay cleaning service (local charge).

Please Note: All houses are non-smoking.
You will need to leave a security deposit of approx $500 paid by credit card (a surcharge may apply), or debit card (with a Visa symbol). Cash is accepted, however is returned as a dollar cheque once your villa has been checked and can take up to a month for reciept.
