This beautiful gated community is located just off Highway 192, 2.5 miles from the gates of WALT DISNEY WORLD and offers guests the ultimate home-from-home experience. You are well placed here to take advantage of the myriad attractions Orlando has to offer, including world-famous theme parks and discount shopping at designer malls. Homes are extremely well furnished and feature a screened pool, fully equipped kitchens with formal dining area and one or two living rooms so everyone’s got space to relax. Guests also enjoy access to an impressive clubhouse with a large swimming pool and state-of-the-art fitness centre.
Room Information
Each home is of a high standard and has a screened swimming pool with pool furniture, 1 or 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, plus further bedrooms (each sleeping up to 2 persons), 1 or 2 further bathrooms, dressers, mirrors and lamps. 1 or 2 living/dining areas with table, chairs, TV, VCR or DVD player. Other facilities include: fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, utility area with washing machine, dryer, iron and board, cable TV, DVD player, music centre, telephone, fire extinguisher, vacuum cleaner and garage. Bathroom towels and bed linen provided. Homes do not usually have safes and cots/high chairs must be requested and paid for at time of booking. Optional daily maid service (local charge). Select homes are available with games room that includes billiards, table tennis, air hockey and PlayStations®.

You will need to leave a security deposit of approx $500 paid by credit card (a surcharge may apply), or debit card (with a Visa symbol). Cash is accepted, however is returned as a dollar cheque once your villa has been checked and can take up to a month for reciept.
