This beautiful gated community is located just off Highway 192, 20-min from the gates of WALT DISNEY WORLD and offers guests the ultimate home-from-home experience. You are well placed here to take advantage of the myriad attractions Orlando has to offer, including world-famous theme parks and discount shopping at designer malls. Choose between a 2- or 3-Bedroom Condo, or a 3- or 4-Bedroom Private Villa. The private villas have their very own screened pool, for that little extra luxury. All of the accommodation here is furnished per the individual homeowners taste. Each villa or condo is individually decorated, with fully-equipped kitchens with formal dining area and living room, so everyone's got space to relax. All guests can enjoy access to the impressive clubhouse with a large swimming pool and state-of-the-art fitness centre.

Each condo has a master bedroom with either 1 or 2 additional bedrooms with twin beds, 2-Bedroom Condos sleeping max 6 people, 3-Bedroom Condos sleeping max 8 people
Each villa is of a high standard, with 1 or 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, plus further bedrooms, sleeping max 6 or 8 people
Private villas have a screened swimming pool with pool furniture.
All accommodation has air-conditioning, living/dining area with table and chairs
Fully-equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, utility area with washing machine, dryer, iron and board, cable TV, DVD player, music centre, telephone, fire extinguisher, vacuum cleaner

Additional Information

For your peace of mind you can purchase a Property Protection Plan – a non-refundable ADW (accidental damage waiver) pre-departure or on arrival which covers for any accidental damage up to $1000. A credit card is still required as security against any damage not covered under the waiver scheme. Should you not wish to take this option, there is a $500 security charge on a major credit card, which is refunded on departure, once the property has been checked.
