Our private villas and townhouses give you the freedom to do exactly what you want, when you want! If you fancy a lie-in, it's yours for the taking. There are excellent supermarkets close by, or, if you don't fancy cooking, head to one of the many restaurants in your area for a delicious meal, American-style! All of our Orlando villas are within a 25-min drive of the Walt Disney World Resort. They are in Polk County and Lake County, southwest of Orlando. Our Standard Villas are in agreeable locations such as Lake Davenport Estates, Glenbrook, Orange Tree, Hampton Lakes, Highlands Reserve, Westridge, Florida Pines and Sunrise Lakes. Our Superior Villas are located in prestigious developments such as West Haven, Windwood Bay, Calabay Parc and Tuscan Hills. nearby shops and restaurants For your convenience, we have chosen villas an easy drive from supermarkets and places to eat. The Berry Town Center, located on Highway 27, has a Publix supermarket and a CVS Pharmacy. Additionally, you’ll find Winn Dixie and Wal-Mart supermarkets nearby. Also in the area you can eat at more than 30 restaurants, including Applebee’s. On the ‘Nature Coast’ of Florida, our Gulf Coast villas are close to beautiful stretches of Gulf beach and all amenities, including shops, bars, restaurants and theatres. Water sports are top priority with plenty of diving and fishing for the enthusiast. There are also several world-class golf courses for those who fancy a round or two! In Sarasota, beautiful powdery soft-white sand beaches combined with year-round sunshine make it a year-round holiday destination. Diving and cycling are popular, and for cultural buffs, there are museums, art galleries, ballet, theatre and opera. Neighbouring Bradenton also boasts art and historical attractions, as well as all types of land and water sports opportunities.

All our villas have their own personal screened pool and full self-catering facilities, giving you the flexibility to cook at home or dine out in one of the many local restaurants. Our villas are within a 30-min drive from Walt Disney World Resort and range from 3- to 7-bedroom properties. With the ability to comfortably accommodate up to 14 people, a holiday villa is the ideal choice for larger families or groups as they offer unbeatable value for money.

Pre-purchase your pool heating (Nov-Apr)

During the cooler months, you may wish to have your personal screened pool heated. Why not purchase this when you book your holiday? Pool heating is switched on the day of your arrival. You will then be able to use your personal pool from the first full day of your holiday rather than having to wait 3 days if you purchase locally (please note that the pool temperature will heat to 10-15 warmer than the outside temperature).

Apartments, Suites and Townhomes

For those who prefer more of a resort environment, our apartments, suites and townhomes make the perfect base from which to enjoy Orlando in style. You still have the independence of coming and going as you please, but at the same time, you can enjoy, sharing stories and experiences with other holiday-makers whilst enjoying a drink by the pool! Most of the apartments, suites and townhomes are located in resort-style developments with full access to facilities like heated pools, sun decks, restaurants, bars and even kids' clubs. All are within easy reach of the theme parks and some even offer a FREE shuttle service.
