How To Book Online
Booking On-Line couldn't be easier!
Step 1 Choosing your Holiday
Once you have browsed our site and chosen the accommodation in Florida where you would like to stay. The next step is to proceed to the on-line availability function, You should now enter the number of passengers travelling, dates of travel and the departure airport you wish to fly from and click on Check Availability.
Step 2 Flight Selection
From this step you will then be taken to our secure link which will check the live availability for you. The first screen you will view will be the Flights that are currently available along with flight times and numbers and any upgrades in class available, from this screen you should select you preferred flight.
Step 3 Room Selection
You must now select the number of rooms / homes required, this screen will also display a guide price for you excluding any car insurances, booking fees and aviation surcharges.
Step 4 Car Selection
You must now select the vehicle you require, remembering to allow room for luggage (unfortunately you cannot book holidays without car hire on-line, If you do not require car hire or want a flight only, please call our Florida Specialists on 0870 990 4577)
Step 5 Itinerary and Total Cost
This screen will now give you a total cost for your Florida Holiday, you can also add any attraction tickets or pre-bookable flights services from this screen.
Step 6 Final Booking
The information you enter into the fields here will go to confirming your reservation, a credit card or debit card will be required to proceed with confirming your booking.
YOUR HOLIDAY IS NOW CONFIRMED.
If you have requested confirmation by email this will also be sent back to the email address provided by you at this time.
Your holiday deposit
You can book your holiday to Florida for as little as £130 per person deposit. Once you have paid your deposit there is nothing more to pay until the balance of your holiday is due 10 weeks before you travel. An additional £50 per person deposit applies to cruise bookings.
Scheduled flights may require full payment at the time of booking. Once you have paid your deposit you will receive your Confirmation Pack which includes your holiday invoice. It will confirm all the details of the holiday you have booked and the amount of deposit you have paid. It is also important that you check your invoice carefully.
If any detail is incorrect contact Travel City Direct's Customer Services department on the telephone number on your invoice.
Also included in your pack will be your Travel insurance policy (if applicable), Information on Attraction Tickets, pre-booking your UK hotel or airport, car parking and other important information.
If you pay via Credit Card you will incur a 2% charge on the amount of the transaction. Excl Switch and Delta.
