Statement
At Travel City Direct we pride ourselves on delivering great service to all of our customers. It is important to us that this ethos is carried to our websites, ensuring they are usable by as wide a range of visitors as possible achieved by undertaking various exercises including the addition of features such as alternate text and long descriptions to images, the use of semantic markup.
Travel City Direct may occasionally work with a third party to provide access to additional services or content, in such cases we will advise as to the best way to provide access.
In addition any new developments are produced using the guidelines set out by bodies such as the World Wide Web Consortium and the Royal National Institute for the Blind.

This is a list of the suggested browsers based on testing of the travelcitydirect.com website (if a browser does not appear on this list that does not mean that it will not work however we have not been able to test its functionality currently):

Text size
If you would like to make the text on the site appear larger or smaller please follow the instructions below for your particular browser:

Internet Explorer
- Via the menu:
- Click the 'View' menu at the top left of your browser window. Move the mouse down the menu until it highlights 'Text Size'. A sub-menu will appear giving you the option of various font sizes. Select a font size.
- Mouse Shortcut:
- If you have a mouse or trackball with a 'scroll wheel' it is possible to increase and decrease the text size by holding down the Ctrl key and scrolling the mouse wheel down for larger text and up for smaller text.

Netscape Navigator
- Via the menu:
- Click the 'View' menu at the top left of your browser window. Move the mouse down the menu until it highlights 'Text Zoom'. A sub-menu will appear giving you various options, here either select a specific percentage size to scale the text to or select 'smaller' or 'larger' to increase text incrementally.
- Keyboard Shortcut:
- Increase the text size by holding your Ctrl key and tapping the + (plus) key, decrease the text size by holding your Ctrl key and tapping - (minus).

- Via the menu:
- Click the 'View' menu at the top left of your browser window. Move the mouse down the menu until it highlights 'Text Size'. A sub-menu will appear giving you the option to incrementally increase or decrease the text size, repeat this process until the text is a suitable size.
- Keyboard Shortcut:
- Increase the text size by holding your Ctrl key and tapping the + (plus) key, decrease the text size by holding your Ctrl key and tapping - (minus).
- Mouse Shortcut:
- If you have a mouse or trackball with a 'scroll wheel' it is possible to increase and decrease the text size by holding down the Ctrl key and scrolling the mouse wheel down for larger text and up for smaller text.
