Guaranteed protection, security and peace of mind
When you buy an ATOL protected air package from us you will receive a confirmation invoice confirming your arrangements and your protection under our Air Travel Organiser's Licence number 2358.
In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad or will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking, except where your contracted arrangements with us do not include transport to and from the UK. In this case, if already abroad, you will be returned to the point where your contracted arrangements with us commenced.

We'll send you a Check In Chill Out voucher with your tickets, which will allow you to use this service for FREE!
Once in resort check with our resort teams who will explain your local Check In Chill Out procedure. On your day of departure, turn up at the Check In Chill Out location, at the specified time with all members of your party, your Check In Chill Out voucher, your passports, tickets, departure tax and all your check in luggage.
Virgin Atlantic will then check you in from the comfort of your hotel, give you your boarding card and take your bags in a secure van to the airport. All you have to do is then is pick your favourite lounger by the pool, order a cool drink and ensure you are at the airport 60-90 minutes prior to departure. If you have pre-paid transfers your departure pick up time will coincide with this service and ensure you arrive at the airport at the appropriate time.
This service is available at selected hotels in Barbados, Antigua, Tobago, Grenada and St Lucia. Check with your rep in resort if you aren't staying at one of the participating hotels as you may be able to use a location nearby.
